Combine REQUIEM (Ukraine, Cherkasy) specializes in the professional production of coffins. Production capacity can produce 100 to 150 coffins a month, while two-shift boot can provide the amount of monthly installment of coffins to 200. The technological process of coffins on our plant begins with the drying chamber, in which the source is drying lumber. For the production of coffins we use already dried boards that they are not "led" in the already finished product.

The next step of the coffin - Joiner processing. Joiner's workshop factory is equipped with all the necessary woodworking equipment necessary for the production of wooden parts of the coffin:
-Circular saw for longitudinal cutting board;
-Thicknessing-machine;
-Miter machine for cross cutting;
-Milling machine;
-Planer-and grinding machines

At the assembly area is gluing wooden parts and assembling the coffins with a wide range of linings and accessories.

On the Painting section is performed applying protective and decorative coatings on the surface of the coffin. Only the stains and paints are made in Italy, painting executed by Italian technology.
