• LAW OF UKRAINE ON BURIALS AND FUNERAL BUSINESS
This Law shall set forth the general legal principles of exercising the funeral activities in Ukraine, govern the relations arising after the death of an individual in connection with the funeral procedure, and establish the guarantees of the appropriate treatment of the body (remains, ashes) of the deceased, and the preservation of the burial place.
